The main room of the BRUGMANN gourmet restaurant, with a magnificent view over the terrace extending to the Abbé Froidure park. A place to visit with colleagues, family, friends or for a romantic meal, to savour the creations of chef Matthias Van Eenoo accompanied by fine vintages from the wine list.

From the “Grand Salon”, diners can contemplate the changing seasons and kaleidoscope of colours around the terrace,
or watch the chef and his team at work preparing dishes and pastries. The “Grand Salon” can be reserved for exclusive use for special occasions by arrangement.
