Les salles

From afternoon tea and pastries in the "Boudoir" tea room to a business, romantic or family lunch in the "Grand Salon", the Dining Room or on the sunny or moonlit terrace; from a private reception or seminar in the vaulted cellar in the basement, an opportunity to admire the wine cellar and its fine vintages, to the design setting of the upper floor, with the "B" lounge bar and Dining Room: every detail has been carefully thought out to offer tailored dining solutions to suit every need and all kinds of occasions.

Each room in the BRUGMANN mansion can be reserved for exclusive use for special events.

The menu

Created by chef Matthias Van Eenoo, the menu of the BRUGMANN gourmet restaurant focuses on innovative and seasonal fine dining. It is inspired by fresh market produce and presents new takes on classic dishes with clear, graphic lines. It features modern interpretations of traditional cuisine, including novel twists on French classics with unexpected ingredients. The menu changes regularly, depending on the chef’s inspiration and market produce.

The wine list consists of over 120 listings, updated each season by the head sommelier, with certain fine vintages available by the glass.

The Terrace

The terrace of the Brugmann gourmet restaurant is probably the most beautiful terrace in Brussels.
Just a stone’s throw from Place Brugmann, beside the Abbé Froidure park, former gardens of the Brugmann mansion, this little oasis of greenery is a chance to enjoy a feeling of the countryside in the heart of the city.

A place with its own special charm at any time of day, in the sunshine, under a parasol, patio heater or starry skies.
